Byson Construction Inc. is led by Sali Mahmoodi, a civil engineer with experience managing construction projects in California and overseas. That engineering background shapes how we plan, solve problems, and build.

Structural repair and rebuilding

We diagnose the cause, not just the damage. On a 60-unit apartment complex in Sacramento, we rebuilt nine rotted second-story balconies. We also corrected the waterproofing and drainage that caused the damage, kept the work code-compliant, and minimized disruption to tenants.

Custom homes and ADUs

We build from the foundation up, including a 3,800 sq. ft. custom home in Elk Grove and ADUs across Greater Sacramento. We coordinate permits, inspections, utilities, and finishes from start to finish.

Remodels and high-end finishes

We handle kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations, with details such as Level 5 drywall, custom cabinetry, and floating stone vanities.

Decks and outdoor living

We handle full deck replacements, including waterproofing and flashing at the house, composite decking, and modern railings.

We’ve delivered restaurant, retail, and hotel improvements, including a 12,000 sq. ft. market and restaurant conversion and a hotel elevator installation.
